A founder-led operation
with institutional discipline.

Native Sun Energy Company is founder-led and principally tribal-member owned. The Company is independently owned and is not owned by, controlled by, or affiliated with the Chickasaw Nation as a sovereign government. Founder Preston Porter — a citizen of the Chickasaw Nation, a U.S. Army combat veteran, and the named inventor on the Company's patent filings — sits at the top of the cap table. Supported by a nine-member Board of Directors, a seated Advisory Board of strategic counsel, and a lean operating team scaled with milestones.

Preston Porter.

Preston Porter is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of Native Sun Energy Company. He is a citizen of the Chickasaw Nation, a United States Army combat veteran, and the named inventor on Native Sun Technology Company's pending patent filings.

Before founding NSEC in December 2024, Preston spent more than seven years in commercial construction — schedules, permits, general contracting, project management. He knows how to build things and how to finish them. When he came home from a Somalia deployment in the spring of 2024, he redirected toward the infrastructure layer he had always been more interested in: electrical and civil engineering, master planning and design, and energy systems.

The mission on day one is the mission today: build the American clean-energy and advanced-manufacturing platform that keeps jobs and product on American soil, and put ownership of the grid — panel by panel, PPA by PPA — into the hands of the municipalities, tribes, and communities that host it.

04 / VALUES

The principles that do the heavy lifting.

Values earn their place by doing work, not by showing up in a slide deck. These five have been tested and retained.

— 01 —
Sovereignty

National and tribal-member sovereignty are organizing principles of our work. We build structures that strengthen them, never erode them.

— 02 —
Service

Every person in this company was hired because they want to do work that matters. We will hold them, and ourselves, to that standard.

— 03 —
Stewardship

The land we work on will be treated with the respect it is owed, and returned to the community in better condition than we found it.

— 04 —
Transparency

We do not hide capital structure, governance, or risk from the people whose trust we have asked for.

— 05 —
Relentlessness

We show up. We do the work. We keep learning. We do not quit.
