Work at Native Sun EnergyTalent Pipeline

Hire well.
Hold the standard.
Build something that lasts.

Native Sun Energy is scaling from five FTE today to more than 170 by 2027 across manufacturing, utility services, and corporate operations. We hire deliberately — in lockstep with milestones, not ahead of them. Tribal members, veterans, and skilled tradespeople hold defined priority in that growth.

— Current Status

No active openings at this time.

NSEC is in a pre-production phase. Manufacturing hiring ramps with Atlas Plant go-live in Q1 2027. Utility division hiring is phased through 2026 and 2027 in lockstep with manufacturing. We are not currently accepting applications for specific roles.

If your background fits where we are going — solar manufacturing, TOPCon cell engineering, FERC/PURPA regulatory, tribal utility work, EPC engineering, PPA origination, or construction trades — we maintain a talent pipeline for future openings. Submit your interest through the contact form and we will reach out when roles in your area open.

01 / WHO WE HIRE

Three hiring priorities.

These are not quotas. They are the populations whose background, commitment, and alignment with the mission translate directly into what we are building. The 170+ hiring plan is weighted around them by design.

— 01 —

Tribal Members

Tribal citizens across North America, with defined priority for members of tribal nations engaged in active NSEC project partnerships — the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians at Ajijaak, plus tribal counterparties entering future joint ventures. Manufacturing floor, corporate, and utility advisory roles.

— 02 —

Veterans

Transitioning service members across branches, with particular focus on veterans managing post-traumatic stress. Approximately one in four positions on the hiring plan is weighted toward veteran recruitment, with role-specific training partnerships and veteran-focused mental health support.

— 03 —

Local Trades & Skilled Labor

Manufacturing recruiting draws from host communities — Oklahoma City and the Oklahoma metro for HelioForge, Manistee County and adjoining counties for Ajijaak. Skilled manufacturing trades: operators, technicians, quality, maintenance, electrical, and supervisory.

02 / ROLE CATEGORIES

The roles we will be hiring for.

Not a current job list — a forward look at the kinds of work NSEC will be staffing as the platform builds out through 2027. If any of these fit you, submit through the contact form and we will route you into the talent pipeline for that track.
